Ingredients
- 100g Margarine
- 80g Brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 225g wholemeal flour
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 225g grated carrots
- 25g Walnuts
- 25g raisins
Method
- STEP 1Cream the butter and sugar together.
- STEP 2Add the dry ingredients and the honey
- STEP 3Finally add the carrot
- STEP 4Spoon into cake papers in muffin tins and smooth the top. Bake at 180°C for 30 mins.
