Ingredients
- 250g smoked mackerel, flaked
- 200g cream cheese (full fat)
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 1-2 tblsp creamed horseradish
- 2tblsp chopped parsley
- 2tblsp chopped chives
Method
- STEP 1Blend smoked mackerel, cheese, lemon juice and zest with a fork or in a food processor
- STEP 2Stir in herbs and horseradish
- STEP 3Chill until ready to serve, with slices of whole-grain toast and wedges of lemon
