Ingredients

  • 125g oatmeal
  • 60g plain flour
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 60g butter
  • 6 tsp boiling water

Method

  • STEP 1
    Preheat oven to 180C. Mix dry ingredients and butter until like bread crumbs.
  • STEP 2
    Add water and knead to soft dough, it will be sticky but it will become drier.
  • STEP 3
    Roll out on a floured surface and cut into rounds. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
