Ingredients
- 125g oatmeal
- 60g plain flour
- Pinch salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 60g butter
- 6 tsp boiling water
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 180C. Mix dry ingredients and butter until like bread crumbs.
- STEP 2Add water and knead to soft dough, it will be sticky but it will become drier.
- STEP 3Roll out on a floured surface and cut into rounds. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
