Houmous Pasta

Quick and vegan. Other vegetables can be added (e.g. mushrooms/peppers) if desired.


  • Houmous (80g)
  • 1 medium Onion
  • Sundried tomatoes (10)
  • Spinach (30g)
  • Spaghetti (500g)
  • Garlic (3 cloves)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Italian Herbs (to taste)
  • Pasta water (1 cup)


  • STEP 1
    Boil pasta. Fry onions and garlic.
  • STEP 2
    Add sundried tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and Italian herbs.
  • STEP 3
    Add spinach until reduced. Add houmous and pasta water, combine. Taste and season as necessary. Stir in pasta.
