- Houmous (80g)
- 1 medium Onion
- Sundried tomatoes (10)
- Spinach (30g)
- Spaghetti (500g)
- Garlic (3 cloves)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Italian Herbs (to taste)
- Pasta water (1 cup)
Method
step 1
Boil pasta. Fry onions and garlic.step 2
Add sundried tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and Italian herbs.step 3
Add spinach until reduced. Add houmous and pasta water, combine. Taste and season as necessary. Stir in pasta.
