- 2 small zucchini spiralized
- 1/2 red bell pepper julienned
- 1/2 orange bell pepper julienned
- 1 cup cilantro
Sauce
- 1 large cucumber spiralized
- 2 small zucchini spiralized
- 1/2 red bell pepper julienned
- 1/2 orange bell pepper julienned
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 small peeled zucchini
- 1 small cucumber
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 teaspoons Coconut Aminos
- 1/2 teaspoon ground fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon 5 spice
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sichuan pepper
- pinch salt
Garnish
- 1 large cucumber spiralized
- 2 small zucchini spiralized
- 1/2 red bell pepper julienned
- 1/2 orange bell pepper julienned
- 1 cup cilantro
- 1 small peeled zucchini
- 1 small cucumber
- juice of 2 lemons
- 2 teaspoons Coconut Aminos
- 1/2 teaspoon ground fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon 5 spice
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sichuan pepper
- pinch salt
- 1/2 avocado cut large
- sprinkle sesame seeds (optional)
- sprinkle black pepper
Method
- STEP 1In a food processor of high speed blender, blend all Sauce ingredients.
- STEP 2Spread over pasta and garnish with avocado, sesame seeds and black pepper.
