Ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 large cucumber spiralized
  • 2 small zucchini spiralized
  • 1/2 red bell pepper julienned
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper julienned
  • 1 cup cilantro

Sauce

  • 1 large cucumber spiralized
  • 2 small zucchini spiralized
  • 1/2 red bell pepper julienned
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper julienned
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 small peeled zucchini
  • 1 small cucumber
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut Aminos
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon 5 spice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sichuan pepper
  • pinch salt

Garnish

  • 1 large cucumber spiralized
  • 2 small zucchini spiralized
  • 1/2 red bell pepper julienned
  • 1/2 orange bell pepper julienned
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 small peeled zucchini
  • 1 small cucumber
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut Aminos
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground fresh ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon 5 spice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon sichuan pepper
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 avocado cut large
  • sprinkle sesame seeds (optional)
  • sprinkle black pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    In a food processor of high speed blender, blend all Sauce ingredients.
  • STEP 2
    Spread over pasta and garnish with avocado, sesame seeds and black pepper.
