Ingredients
Soup
- 1 sliced and dehydrated onion
- 1 peeled zucchini
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch salt
Garnish
- 1 sliced and dehydrated onion
- 1 peeled zucchini
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch salt
- corn
- chopped chives
- chopped celery
Method
- STEP 1In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all Soup ingredients until smooth.
- STEP 2Heat to 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit)
- STEP 3Serve with corn, chopped chives, and chopped celery.
