Ingredients

Soup

  • 1 sliced and dehydrated onion
  • 1 peeled zucchini
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch salt

Garnish

  • 1 sliced and dehydrated onion
  • 1 peeled zucchini
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch salt
  • corn
  • chopped chives
  • chopped celery

Method

  • STEP 1
    In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all Soup ingredients until smooth.
  • STEP 2
    Heat to 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit)
  • STEP 3
    Serve with corn, chopped chives, and chopped celery.
