- meat of 1 Thai coconut
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1/4 onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch salt
Garnish
- meat of 1 Thai coconut

Method
- STEP 1In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all Cheese ingredients until reaching Cottage Cheese consistency.
- STEP 2Serve with paprika, chopped dill, favourite vegetables and crackers.
