Ingredients

Cheese

  • meat of 1 Thai coconut
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch salt

Garnish

  • meat of 1 Thai coconut
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/4 onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch salt
  • paprika
  • chopped dill

Method

  • STEP 1
    In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all Cheese ingredients until reaching Cottage Cheese consistency.
  • STEP 2
    Serve with paprika, chopped dill, favourite vegetables and crackers.
