Crepe
- 3 bananas
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Chocolate Filling
- 3 bananas
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
- 1-2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
Fruit
- 3 bananas
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
- 1-2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
- banana
- strawberry
Method
step 1
In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all Crepe ingredients until smooth.step 2
Dehydrate on a teflex sheet until dry enough to flip to a mesh or stainless steel sheet and then dehydrate until completely dry. (total of approximately 4 hours). It doesn't have to be completely dry, since it's easier to fold when the crepe is a bit more flexible.step 3
Fold to half and fill with chocolate filling, then fold again to a quarter or even smaller, if you like.step 4
Decorate with fruit.
