  • 3 bananas
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Chocolate Filling

  • 1-2 teaspoons raw cacao powder
  • 1-2 teaspoons raw cacao powder


  • banana
  • strawberry


  1. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend all Crepe ingredients until smooth.

  2. Dehydrate on a teflex sheet until dry enough to flip to a mesh or stainless steel sheet and then dehydrate until completely dry. (total of approximately 4 hours). It doesn't have to be completely dry, since it's easier to fold when the crepe is a bit more flexible.

  3. Fold to half and fill with chocolate filling, then fold again to a quarter or even smaller, if you like.

  4. Decorate with fruit.
