Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • pinch ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoons raw cacao powder mixed with 1/4 cup water

Method

  • STEP 1
    n a food processor or high speed blender (or just fork-mashing...) blend bananas with cloves.
  • STEP 2
    Split batter in two. To one add the vanilla, to the other add the cacao powder
  • STEP 3
    Form two large rectangles and dehydrate at 42 degrees Celsius (108 degrees Fahrenheit), for 2-4 hours, or until mostly dry (flipping from teflex to mesh or stainless steel sheet when top is dry).
  • STEP 4
    Put the dough rectangles one on top of the other. Roll and slice.
