  • 1 zucchini spiralized
  • 1/2 cucumber spiralized
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
  • pinch salt


  • 1 avocado
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup dill
  • 1/2 cup chives
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • a few mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon za'atar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg


  1. At least 30 minutes before serving, mix the spiralized zucchini with olive oil, coconut aminos and salt. Let stand to soften zucchini.

  2. In a food processor or high speed blender, blend Pesto ingredients

  3. Mix with pasta and serve
