Ingredients
- Plain flour 150g
- Sugar 75g
- Butter 100g
- 1 egg yolk
Method
- STEP 1Mix all ingredients in the mixer until a dough is formed
- STEP 2Kneed lightly and form two sausages
- STEP 3Wrap in clingfilm and put in fridge for 45 minutes
- STEP 4Cut into pound coin size disks
- STEP 5Cook at 180 for 20 minutes
