Small shortbread buscuits

  • Plain flour 150g
  • Sugar 75g
  • Butter 100g
  • 1 egg yolk


  1. Mix all ingredients in the mixer until a dough is formed

  2. Kneed lightly and form two sausages

  3. Wrap in clingfilm and put in fridge for 45 minutes

  4. Cut into pound coin size disks

  5. Cook at 180 for 20 minutes
