- STEP 1
Put your vegetables and spaghetti on for boiling.
(Chop your meat into small peices if required then start cook it (if you wanted to add some).But don't add oil to your meat , simply just place it in a pan , put the lid on and keep it on a medium to low flame and stir it around every 5 to 8 minutes then place the lid back on and repeat until it is cooked on the inside.)

Now strain the juces from your veg and meat then place them into a bowl
together to cool down a little.

Now we start on the sauce which will take 5 minutes, pour the whole tin of chopped tomatoes into a pan including the juices and let it heat up a bit .
- STEP 4
Then once you start to get a bit of steam then you add all the herbs. You can put as much of the herb in as you want.Make sure it is stirred well.
- STEP 5
Now add the vegetables (and meat ) Keep stirring for a further 5 minutes then it is ready to serve with your spaghetti and preference of sides if you wish.
