Ingredients

  • 5 Garlic Cloves (diced)
  • 3 Spring Onions (sliced)
  • 2 Carrots, sliced into thin lengths
  • Sugar Snaps (100g)
  • Brown Sugar (2 tbsp)
  • Soy Sauce (3 tbsp)
  • Egg Noodles (250g)

Method

  • STEP 1
    Fry garlic and spring onions togaether, before adding carrots and sugar snaps
  • STEP 2
    Stir for a few minutes, then add soy sauce and sugar and stir again until mixed
  • STEP 3
    Add noodles and stir until cooked and flavours have blended
