Chili-glazed Salmon

Surprisingly simple


  • Salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • Broccoli or Runner Beans for greens


  • STEP 1
    Place fillets in a dish. Cover in the sauce and the chopped spring onion. Spread in about to ensure an even coating
  • STEP 2
    Place on baking paper and put in oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes (while you cook the veg) until the salmon is cooked but still tender
