- Salmon fillet
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 Spring Onion
- Broccoli or Runner Beans for greens
Method
- STEP 1Place fillets in a dish. Cover in the sauce and the chopped spring onion. Spread in about to ensure an even coating
- STEP 2Place on baking paper and put in oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes (while you cook the veg) until the salmon is cooked but still tender
