  • frozen wild berries
  • GF flour
  • GF oats
  • custard powder
  • rice cream or milk
  • brown sugar
  • olive spread

    Method

    • step 1

      put frozen berries to baking dish, sprinkle with brown sugar (as much as you want it to be sweet)
    • step 2

      mix custard powder (about 2-3 dessert spoons) with half rice cream and half rice milk in the cup and pour over the berries
    • step 3

      mix GF flour, GF oats, brown sugar and olive spread together until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, sprinkle evenly over the berries with custard
    • step 4

      bake in the preheated oven until crumble is golden and berries are bubbly (about 30 minutes), serve hot or cold (with coconut milk ice cream)
