  • 4 turkey steaks
  • breadcrumbs made from 3 slices of bread
  • juice & rind of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbs virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbs parsley
  • 1 egg
  • salt & pepper


    1. pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees, meanwhile make your bread crumbs in a food processor
    2. add the parsley & olive oil
    3. add the juice and rind of lemon
    4. beat the egg and season with salt and pepper
    5. dip each of the turkey steaks in the egg then immediately into the breadcrumb mix ensuring that they are completely covered, transfer to a baking sheet.
    6. cook in the oven for 30 mins
