Ingredients
- 2 weetabix
- 113g sultanas
- 142ml skimmed milk
- 142ml water
- 113g self raising flour
- 1 tsp mixed spice
- 14g sweetener
- 1 egg
Method
- STEP 1Preheat oven to 180
- STEP 2Put weetabix and sultanas in a bowl, pour over milk and water and leave to soak up all liquid. Stir in mixed spice, flour, sweetener and beaten egg
- STEP 3Spoon mixture into lined loaf tin. Bake for 1hour 15 mins
- STEP 4Let cool then cut into 12 slices.
