The light, lively blend of seeds and spices gives to the delicious soup its unique flavour, and the almond juice its velvety consistency. This soup is my own creation. A recipe to stay heathy. I used great healthy ingredients such as tumeric, ginger, hemp seeds, sweet potatoes, etc. They are rich in vitamins , mineral, beta carotene., high in fibre and have a low-glycemic index. I love to create soups that are good for the health. I can combine my passion for wellness and cooking.
