Balti Chicken Sweet and Sour

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1.5 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic crushed
- 2 tbsp Mango Chutney
- 1 tsp Salt
- .5 tsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 675 grms Chicken skinned boned and cubed
- 150 mls Water
- 2 fresh green chillies chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped Coriander
- 2 tbsp single light cream
Method
- STEP 1Blend together Puree ,yogurt,Garam masala, ChilliPowder, Garlic, Mango Chutney,Salt and Sugar in a mixing bowll
- STEP 2Heat Oil in a skillet lower the heat slightly and add in the spice mixture. Bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes stirring occasionally
- STEP 3Add the chicken and stir until well coated.
- STEP 4Add the water to thin the sauce slightly.Continue cooking 6 - 7 minutes until chicken is tender
- STEP 5Finally add the remaining ingredients and cook for a future 2 mins until chicken is cooked . Serve with Naan or Rice
