  • 3 tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp Mango Chutney
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • .5 tsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 675 grms Chicken skinned boned and cubed
  • 150 mls Water
  • 2 fresh green chillies chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped Coriander
  • 2 tbsp single light cream


  1. Blend together Puree ,yogurt,Garam masala, ChilliPowder, Garlic, Mango Chutney,Salt and Sugar in a mixing bowll

  2. Heat Oil in a skillet lower the heat slightly and add in the spice mixture. Bring to boil and cook for 2 minutes stirring occasionally

  3. Add the chicken and stir until well coated.

  4. Add the water to thin the sauce slightly.Continue cooking 6 - 7 minutes until chicken is tender

  5. Finally add the remaining ingredients and cook for a future 2 mins until chicken is cooked . Serve with Naan or Rice
