1-2 thick slices crusty bread cut into 6 thick soldiers

step 1
Heat the oven to 200c. Wrap pancetta slices around the soldiers then put on a non stick baking sheets and cook for 10 minutes until the bread is golden and the pancetta is crisp

Meanwhile add the eggs to boiling water and cook for 4.5 minutes for a soft boiled egg. Drain then serve with pancetta soldiers to dunk
