Ingredients

  • potatoes 5 large
  • swede 1/2 finely diced
  • can of tomatoes
  • minced beef
  • garlic 1 segment
  • tomato puree 1 table spoon
  • red pepper 1
  • onion 1 small
  • mushrooms
  • oxo cube
  • cheese (optional) topping
  • seasoning

Method

  • STEP 1
    peal and then slice the potateos in thin slices and put in to boiling water for 10 mins.
  • STEP 2
    whilst the potateos are boiling, brown off the mince with the onion and the garlic when the mince is browned add the mushrooms and the red pepper for a couple of seconds , then add the tined tomatos and the tomato puree also a cup of water to the mixture and simmer until the potateos are done
  • STEP 3
    add the mixture in to a hot pot dish and lay the potateos on top and place in the oven for 10 -15 min (if you are putting cheese on add the cheese on top of the hot pot before putting in oven)
