  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small lemon
  • 1/4 cup wine

Method

  • STEP 1
    Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat
  • STEP 2
    Add garlic and cook for a few minutes
  • STEP 3
    Increase the heat to medium, and stir in the white wine and lemon juice
  • STEP 4
    Bring to a simmer, then whisk for 1 minute
