Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 small lemon
- 1/4 cup wine
Method
- STEP 1Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat
- STEP 2Add garlic and cook for a few minutes
- STEP 3Increase the heat to medium, and stir in the white wine and lemon juice
- STEP 4Bring to a simmer, then whisk for 1 minute
