Ingredients

  • 80g Tagliatelle
  • 1 dsp oil
  • 100g lean minced beef
  • hand full of grated carrot
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp italian mixed herbs
  • 200 g chopped caned tomatoes
  • 1 dsp tomatoe puree
  • 1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinergar
  • parmesan cheese

Method

  • STEP 1
    Add oil to sauce pan add meat onions, garlic cook at steady heat, to brown the meat dont burn the onion and garlic
  • STEP 2
    add tomatoes, puree and carrot bring to boil.
  • STEP 3
    Slow down heat let it simmer with lid
  • STEP 4
    Once it has been cooking for 15 mins boil a pan of water to cook pasta.
  • STEP 5
    Add to a bowl and add cheese
