Ingredients
- 80g Tagliatelle
- 1 dsp oil
- 100g lean minced beef
- hand full of grated carrot
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/2 tsp italian mixed herbs
- 200 g chopped caned tomatoes
- 1 dsp tomatoe puree
- 1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinergar
- parmesan cheese
Method
- STEP 1Add oil to sauce pan add meat onions, garlic cook at steady heat, to brown the meat dont burn the onion and garlic
- STEP 2add tomatoes, puree and carrot bring to boil.
- STEP 3Slow down heat let it simmer with lid
- STEP 4Once it has been cooking for 15 mins boil a pan of water to cook pasta.
- STEP 5Add to a bowl and add cheese
