  • 80g Tagliatelle
  • 1 dsp oil
  • 100g lean minced beef
  • hand full of grated carrot
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp italian mixed herbs
  • 200 g chopped caned tomatoes
  • 1 dsp tomatoe puree
  • 1 1/2 tsp balsamic vinergar
  • parmesan cheese


    1. Add oil to sauce pan add meat onions, garlic cook at steady heat, to brown the meat dont burn the onion and garlic
    2. add tomatoes, puree and carrot bring to boil.
    3. Slow down heat let it simmer with lid
    4. Once it has been cooking for 15 mins boil a pan of water to cook pasta.
    5. Add to a bowl and add cheese
