  • 300ml of double cream
  • 397g can of condensed milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla paste
  • 3 tbsp Cointreau


  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl

  2. Using a stand mixer or electric whisk, whisk everything together until the mixture is to thick peaks

  3. Pour the mixture into a freezer container and freeze for 6 hours or overnight

  4. Serve and eat

This is my favourite type of ice cream - so easy, no churning and with endless possibilities of flavouring. It's wonderful made with Nestle caramel and sea salt.
