  • Ingredients
  • 100gm Lettuce
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 10 Walnuts
  • Dressing
  • A glug of Olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard


    1. Take the seeds from the pomegranate, taking care to remove all the yellow skin
    2. Lightly crush the walnuts
    3. mix the olive oil, lemon juice and mustard well
    4. Toss the lettuce leaves in the French dressing, add the walnuts and finally add the pomegranate seeds and serve
