For the Deep Fried Brie

  • Mild & Creamy French Brie 300g
  • 1 Medium Egg
  • 4 Slices of Bread, made into breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Custard Powder
  • 50g Plain Flour, to dust cheese
  • Rocket Lettuce, to dress

For the Raspberry Coulis

  • Punnit of Raspberries
  • 1-2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Kirsch (optional)

    Firstly put Flour and Custard Powder into a bowl and mix. In another bowl crack Egg and beat. In a third bowl place the Breadcrumbs.
