Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 large eggs or 3 small eggs
  • 2 tsp vannila

For later

  • 1 cup boiling water

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 celsius Put wet and dry ingredients in two separate bowls. Mix well and make sure all of the ingredients are combined

  2. Pour wet and dry mixture together and stir well. I would recommend an electric beater if you have one.

  3. Once all is combined, ( make sure there are no dry ingredients stuck to the bottom of the bowl) you can add the boiling water, and stir well, ( if you think the mixture is too runny that's fine that is it's normal consistency)

  4. Grease a cake pan ( it doesn't really matter what size ) and then pour mixture into the dish.

  5. Bake for 30 minutes check, ( with a skewer of knife )i if some batter sticks to the utensil used for checking the cake, cook for 5 more minutes and keep doing so until the utensil comes out clean, if not take out of the oven and Enjoy.

I tried it and found it tasteless. Sugar is too little I guess.
