Ingredients
- 100g rolled oats
- 100g self raising flour
- 3 tablespoons butter/margarine
- 40g sugar
Optional extras
- 100g rolled oats

- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- Large handful dried cranberries
Method
- STEP 1Mix together the dry ingredients
- STEP 2Mix in the softened butter - this is easier using the same action as the creaming method
- STEP 3Push down into the bottom of an ovenproof dish - if too sticky, coat fingertips with a little flour first
- STEP 4Bake for 15-20 minutes
- STEP 5Wait until fully cooled then cut and serve
