Ingredients

- 1 banana
- Cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- Baking powder
Toppings
- 1 banana

- Honey/Maple syrup
Method
- STEP 1Start off by peeling the banana and mashing it up with a fork until it forms a lumpy paste like consistency.
- STEP 2Then in a bowl, add your banana paste, eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and a pinch of baking powder and mix that all up with a fork until all the ingredients are mixed well together. (You can even mix it up in a blender for a couple of seconds).
- STEP 3Now, take a frying pan and spray it with some cooking oil spray or put a little bit of oil on it.
- STEP 4Take a little bit of batter and put it in the frying pan and let it fry for about 10 seconds on each side or until the side is brown. Repeat this step until there is no more batter left.
- STEP 5Tip:if your pancake burns within a few seconds, turn down the heat or add a little oil before putting each pancake.
- STEP 6For the toppings, you can add whipped cream and put on some slices of fresh fruits like berries, etc. You can even drizzle some honey or syrup if your choice to make it a little sweeter.
- STEP 7Serve it up and ENJOY! :)
