Ingredients

Pizza Bases

  • 250g Strong White Bread Flour
  • Half a 7g Sachet of Yeast
  • 1tbsp Olive Oil
  • 150ml of water
  • Sea salt (a pinch)

Garlic Butter

  • 250g Strong White Bread Flour
  • Half a 7g Sachet of Yeast
  • 1tbsp Olive Oil
  • 150ml of water
  • Sea salt (a pinch)
  • 2-3 tbsp butter
  • A Squeeze of Garlic Paste

Tomato Salsa

  • 250g Strong White Bread Flour
  • Half a 7g Sachet of Yeast
  • 1tbsp Olive Oil
  • 150ml of water
  • Sea salt (a pinch)
  • 2-3 tbsp butter
  • A Squeeze of Garlic Paste
  • Around 7-10 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • A Pinch of Salt

Method

  • STEP 1
    To make the Garlic Butter, melt butter in microwave for around 20 seconds then stir in garlic paste. Set aside for later.
  • STEP 2
    Preheat oven to 240 degrees Celsius fan and grease a baking tray. To make the pizza dough, combine the Flour, Yeast, Oil and Salt. Stir in the Water and mix with a wooden spoon until the mixture comes together. Use your hands to kneed the dough for a minute or two, then roll out to your desired thickness. (You may want to split the dough into two pieces to make it easier to handle.) Cut into thin strips, spread on a small amount of garlic butter, sprinkle with sea salt then put on baking tray and bake for 5-10 minutes.
  • STEP 3
    While the sticks are cooking, chop tomatoes into eighths and mix with oil and balsamic vinegar. Put it into a bowl and set aside.
  • STEP 4
    When the sticks are baked, let them cool then put out on a plate. Serve with the garlic butter and tomato salsa. Enjoy!☆
