Preheat oven to 240 degrees Celsius fan and grease a baking tray. To make the pizza dough, combine the Flour, Yeast, Oil and Salt. Stir in the Water and mix with a wooden spoon until the mixture comes together. Use your hands to kneed the dough for a minute or two, then roll out to your desired thickness. (You may want to split the dough into two pieces to make it easier to handle.) Cut into thin strips, spread on a small amount of garlic butter, sprinkle with sea salt then put on baking tray and bake for 5-10 minutes.
