Ingredients
- 2 Good quality frying steaks
- 1/2 bottle of red wine
- ciabbata loaf mix
- Dolceletti Cheese
- Mushrooms
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- STEP 1Prepare your Ciabbata loaf and leave to rest
- STEP 2Heat the olive oil in the frying pan and added the steak and brown on both sides
- STEP 3Add the red wine and mushrooms and bring to the boil and reduce wine by 3/4's
- STEP 4Add the Dolceletti Cheese and allow to melt. Once the Cheese has melted allow to rest
- STEP 5Cook the Ciabbata loaf according to the packet instructions
- STEP 6Once the loafs are done, reheat the steak slightly and serve with the Ciabbatta and serve with french fries and salad
