Ingredients

  • 2 Good quality frying steaks
  • 1/2 bottle of red wine
  • ciabbata loaf mix
  • Dolceletti Cheese
  • Mushrooms
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper

Method

  • STEP 1
    Prepare your Ciabbata loaf and leave to rest
  • STEP 2
    Heat the olive oil in the frying pan and added the steak and brown on both sides
  • STEP 3
    Add the red wine and mushrooms and bring to the boil and reduce wine by 3/4's
  • STEP 4
    Add the Dolceletti Cheese and allow to melt. Once the Cheese has melted allow to rest
  • STEP 5
    Cook the Ciabbata loaf according to the packet instructions
  • STEP 6
    Once the loafs are done, reheat the steak slightly and serve with the Ciabbatta and serve with french fries and salad
