Ingredients

Utensils

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Wooden spoon
  • Measuring spoons
  • Scales
  • Weights
  • 2 baking trays
  • Tin foil

Ingredients

  • 50g's of Sugar
  • 100g's of Butter, plus a little extra to grease
  • 150g's of Plain flour
  • ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 small apple, sliced small

Method

  1. Grease your baking trays with your butter and tin foil.

  2. Mix the butter, sugar and plain flour into your mixing bowl.

  3. Add your cinnamon and your chopped apple and stir until you make a dough.

  4. Roll your dough into small balls and flatten on your baking trays.

  5. Carefully, place your trays in the oven and cook until firm.

  6. ENJOY!

Can you advise what temperature to put the oven on and how long to cook please.

What is the oven temperature for this? Is there a wet ingredient missing (egg, milk,water) to act as a binding agent?
