- 50g's of Sugar
- 100g's of Butter, plus a little extra to grease
- 150g's of Plain flour
- ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 small apple, sliced small
Method
- STEP 1Grease your baking trays with your butter and tin foil.
- STEP 2Mix the butter, sugar and plain flour into your mixing bowl.
- STEP 3Add your cinnamon and your chopped apple and stir until you make a dough.
- STEP 4Roll your dough into small balls and flatten on your baking trays.
- STEP 5Carefully, place your trays in the oven and cook until firm.
- STEP 6ENJOY!
