  • Large mixing bowl
  • Wooden spoon
  • Measuring spoons
  • Scales
  • Weights
  • 2 baking trays
  • Tin foil

  • Wooden spoon
  • Measuring spoons
  • Scales
  • Weights
  • 2 baking trays
  • Tin foil
  • 50g's of Sugar
  • 100g's of Butter, plus a little extra to grease
  • 150g's of Plain flour
  • ½ a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 small apple, sliced small

Method

  • STEP 1
    Grease your baking trays with your butter and tin foil.
  • STEP 2
    Mix the butter, sugar and plain flour into your mixing bowl.
  • STEP 3
    Add your cinnamon and your chopped apple and stir until you make a dough.
  • STEP 4
    Roll your dough into small balls and flatten on your baking trays.
  • STEP 5
    Carefully, place your trays in the oven and cook until firm.
  • STEP 6
    ENJOY!
