- 2 pinches of turmeric, cumin, thyme & black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 230g of cod
- 160g of asparagus spears
- Splash of vinegar
Method
step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180cstep 2
Place cod on foil and sprinkle over spices. Seal foil and bake for 15 - 20 minutesstep 3
Poach the eggs with splash of vinegar for 6 minutesstep 4
Blanch asparagus for 6 minutesstep 5
Serve the asparagus to the side of the fish with the poached egg on top
