  • 1 tspn chopped garlic
  • 1 tspn chopped root ginger
  • 1 tbsn dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbsn honey
  • 2 tbsn hot sauce
  • 4 tbsn soy sauce
  • 3 chicken breasts cuts to strips
  • 1 tbsn veg oil

    Method

    • step 1

      chop 1tspn garlic and 1 tspn ginger and put into bowl, add 1 tbsn brown sugar, 2 tbsn honey, 4 tbsn soya sauce, 2 tbsn hot sauce to bowl and mix.
    • step 2

      cut 3 chicken breasts into strip and put into frying pan with 1 tbsn veg oil. leave till brown on btoh sides, then add mixture. leave to simmer for further 8-10 mins.
