  • thyme
  • salt
  • 1 red chilli
  • olive oil 4 tbspn
  • red wine vinegar tbspn
  • lemon juice 1 tbspn
  • 2 whole garlic cloves


  1. mix lemon juice, olive oil, red wine vinegar, chilli, garlic, thyme, and salt together and put in a blender. mix.

  2. Rub marinade into chopped chicken breast pieces and fry for 10 mins then in the oven for further 20 mins. Serve.
