• scotch bonnet chillies
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • fresh thyme
  • 1 tspn ground cloves
  • 1 tspn cinnamon
  • 1 tspn nutmeg
  • 1 tspn all spice
  • salt and pepper
  • 9 chicken legs, scored
  • worcestershire sauce


  • STEP 1
    first male the marinade. Mix 1 tspn all spice, 1 tspn ground cloves, 1 tspn nutmeg, amd 1 tspn cinnamon along with 2 cloves chopped garlic, 2 scotch bonnet chillies, thyme. Season all this with salt and pepper, and combine with veg oil.
  • STEP 2
    Then, score 9 chicken legs. Run marinade into chicken legs.
  • STEP 3
    Add oil to a hot dish, amd brown marinated chicken for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 4
    Add worcestershire sauce, the cover and continue cooking in the over for a further 20 minutes. Serve!
