- scotch bonnet chillies
- 2 cloves of garlic
- fresh thyme
- 1 tspn ground cloves
- 1 tspn cinnamon
- 1 tspn nutmeg
- 1 tspn all spice
- salt and pepper
- 9 chicken legs, scored
- worcestershire sauce
Method
- STEP 1first male the marinade. Mix 1 tspn all spice, 1 tspn ground cloves, 1 tspn nutmeg, amd 1 tspn cinnamon along with 2 cloves chopped garlic, 2 scotch bonnet chillies, thyme. Season all this with salt and pepper, and combine with veg oil.
- STEP 2Then, score 9 chicken legs. Run marinade into chicken legs.
- STEP 3Add oil to a hot dish, amd brown marinated chicken for 10 minutes.
- STEP 4Add worcestershire sauce, the cover and continue cooking in the over for a further 20 minutes. Serve!
