Ingredients
- 175g of Plain Flour
- 2 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1tbsp of Vanilla Extract/ Essence
- 100g of Butter
- 2 free range large eggs
- 175g of Caster Sugar
Method
- STEP 1Add the flour and baking powder, which should be very sifted...
- STEP 2Then add your Vanilla and mix altogether and add the eggs and whisk them altogether...
- STEP 3After that add you butter and caster sugar and fully whisk until theres no lumps.
- STEP 4Then pour into a greased cake tin/
