  • 175g of Plain Flour
  • 2 tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1tbsp of Vanilla Extract/ Essence
  • 100g of Butter
  • 2 free range large eggs
  • 175g of Caster Sugar

    Method

    • step 1

      Add the flour and baking powder, which should be very sifted...
    • step 2

      Then add your Vanilla and mix altogether and add the eggs and whisk them altogether...
    • step 3

      After that add you butter and caster sugar and fully whisk until theres no lumps.
    • step 4

      Then pour into a greased cake tin/
