- STEP 1
Preheat the oven on at gas 1 and line a baking tray with baking parchment.

Beat the eggs and then add all the ingredients. When it's meringues put the baking tray, and make a kind of wall so the whipped cream and fruit can go in the middle. Bake for 1 hour in the oven or just before they become golden.
- STEP 3
Get the whipped cream and put inside the wall-shaped meringue then (I'm using strawberries and raspberries but you can use what ever you want). Cut up your fruit if it is big like strawberries. Cut them in halves and sprinkle on the top.
