Tagliatelle Carbonara

  • Tagliatelle
  • Pancetta
  • 1 Egg
  • Parmesan (40g)
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Fry Pancetta until Golden (approx. 4 mins), then remove and place on Kitchen Roll.

  2. Start cooking the Pasta.

  3. Whisk the Egg and Parmesan with salt & pepper.

  4. Remove a cup full of water from the Pasta and drain the rest.

  5. Combine the Pasta, Sauce, Pancetta and a splash of the Water in the pan and mix. Serve once hot.
