- 1 Egg
- Parmesan (40g)
- Salt & Pepper
- STEP 1Fry Pancetta until Golden (approx. 4 mins), then remove and place on Kitchen Roll.
- STEP 2Start cooking the Pasta.
- STEP 3Whisk the Egg and Parmesan with salt & pepper.
- STEP 4Remove a cup full of water from the Pasta and drain the rest.
- STEP 5Combine the Pasta, Sauce, Pancetta and a splash of the Water in the pan and mix. Serve once hot.
