Tomato Chutney-SHOL

Tomato chutney for both breakfast and main meal with rice or Pita bread:
1] Cut Small pieces of Tomatoes
2] Heat a few (2) table spoons of edible oil like Sun Flower oil in a dry dish.
3] Add Garlic pieces, Green Chilli Pieces, Jeera, , Methi seeds
4] Add tomato pieces to the above heated oil and then mix one half tea spoon of Red Cilli powder, a pinch of Turmeric powder, Dhania powder , a pinch of salt to taste.
5] Mix the above well.
6] cover it with a lid and heat it with sim flame .
Smass the pieces of tomatoe and mix before putting the lid over the dish being heated on sim falme.
About 10 minutes .

- STEP 44] Add tomato pieces to the above heated oil and then mix one half tea spoon of Red Cilli powder, a pinch of Turmeric powder, Dhania powder , a pinch of salt to taste.
