For all those people who don't have a sweet tooth or want a healthy alternative from all that chocolate then this one is for you... Baked Easter Eggs

2 small red onions
2 tins of chopped tomatoes
handful of basil
2 garlic cloves
1 small chili
4 eggs
feta
2 tablespoons of black olives
2 teaspoons of tahini
Keep the screen awake with cook mode on the
Good Food app.

Method
step 1
Dice up your red onion, garlic and chili and fry in your pan with a little oil until soft
step 2
add in the chopped tomatoes, olives, tahini and some of the torn up basil leaves and leave to simmer away until thicker (about 8 minutes)
step 3
transfer into your baking dish and make 4 dips in the sauce, attempt as best as possible to crack an egg into these
step 4
scatter the remaining basil leaves and crumble the feta on top
step 5
bake in the oven for about 8 minutes on a low heat
