  • 400g plain flour
  • 200g castor sugar
  • 200g butter (i used flora)
  • 2 eggs


  • lemon zezt
  • orange zezt
  • coconut milk


  1. rub the butter into the flour.

  2. then mix in all other dry ingredients.

  3. gradually beat in the egg.

  4. roll out until 1/2 cm thick and then cut to your preferred shape.

  5. put on a greased tray to bake in a pre heated oven at gas mark 5/180 degrees until golden brown.

  6. place on a cooling rack to cool down.

  7. if you want to decorate it.

this is a fun and easy to make biscuit and it was thoroughly enjoyable and i would recommend it to my friends.
