Ingredients
- 400g plain flour
- 200g castor sugar
- 200g butter (i used flora)
- 2 eggs

- lemon zezt
- orange zezt
- coconut milk
Method
- STEP 1rub the butter into the flour.
- STEP 2then mix in all other dry ingredients.
- STEP 3gradually beat in the egg.
- STEP 4roll out until 1/2 cm thick and then cut to your preferred shape.
- STEP 5put on a greased tray to bake in a pre heated oven at gas mark 5/180 degrees until golden brown.
- STEP 6place on a cooling rack to cool down.
- STEP 7if you want to decorate it.
