  • Block puff pastry
  • 8 slices corned beef or 12 oz tin
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • medium turnip/swede
  • seasoning
  • egg for sealing/covering pastry.


  1. peel potatoes,turnip and onion

  2. cut up corned beef into bite size pieces (it will shrink) place in bowl

  3. put potatoes, onion and turnip into bowl mixing together

  4. Roll out pastry to size.

  5. Add amount of ingredients wanted, add seasoning.

  6. Use beaten egg to seal edges and cover pastry
