Nutty banana

  • 1 large mashed banana
  • 50g nut butter
  • 140g rolled oats
  • 225ml milk
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2tsp ground cinnammon
  • 1tsp honey or agave syrup

Blueberry vanilla

  • 140g rolled oats
  • 300ml water
  • 200g vanilla yoghurt or plain with 1tsp vanilla extract
  • Handful of blueberries

Carrot cake

  • 140g rolled oats
  • 225ml milk
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp mixed spice
  • 1/2tsp nutmeg
  • 1 large banana, mashed


  1. Combine ingredients. The nut butter may need to be microwaved to soften.

  2. Pour into 2 containers and refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.

  3. Stir and add toppings.
