- 1 large mashed banana
- 50g nut butter
- 140g rolled oats
- 225ml milk
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract

- 200g vanilla yoghurt or plain with 1tsp vanilla extract

Carrot cake
- 1 large mashed banana
- 50g nut butter

- 225ml milk
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2tsp ground cinnammon
- 1tsp honey or agave syrup
- 140g rolled oats
- 300ml water
- 200g vanilla yoghurt or plain with 1tsp vanilla extract
- Handful of blueberries
- 140g rolled oats
- 225ml milk
- 1 large carrot, peeled and grated
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp mixed spice
- 1/2tsp nutmeg
- 1 large banana, mashed
Method
step 1
Combine ingredients. The nut butter may need to be microwaved to soften.step 2
Pour into 2 containers and refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.step 3
Stir and add toppings.
