- Serves 4
- 2 tbsp plain flour
- Chicken thighs
- 1 Onion
- 375ml chicken stock
- STEP 1Coat chicken in flour. Add oil to pan and brown chicken.
- STEP 2Add onion and celery to soften.
- STEP 3Add mushrooms and then carrots and mix in. Add leftover flour and blend in.
- STEP 4Add chicken stock, bring to the boil and put on slow cooker (medium) for about 5-7 hours.
