Ingredients

  • Oil
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • Chicken thighs
  • 1 Onion
  • Celery
  • Carrots
  • Mushrooms
  • 375ml chicken stock

Method

  • STEP 1
    Coat chicken in flour. Add oil to pan and brown chicken.
  • STEP 2
    Add onion and celery to soften.
  • STEP 3
    Add mushrooms and then carrots and mix in. Add leftover flour and blend in.
  • STEP 4
    Add chicken stock, bring to the boil and put on slow cooker (medium) for about 5-7 hours.
