  • Oil
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • Chicken thighs
  • 1 Onion
  • Celery
  • Carrots
  • Mushrooms
  • 375ml chicken stock


  1. Coat chicken in flour. Add oil to pan and brown chicken.

  2. Add onion and celery to soften.

  3. Add mushrooms and then carrots and mix in. Add leftover flour and blend in.

  4. Add chicken stock, bring to the boil and put on slow cooker (medium) for about 5-7 hours.
