Ingredients
- 1 large onion finely diced
- 500ml Passata
- 4 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 Cloves garlic crushed
- 1 TBSP Paprika
- 4 TBSP Honey
- 3 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 TSP Fennel Seeds ground
- 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
- Sea Salt & Pepper
- 1/4 TSP Chilli Flakes
Method
- STEP 1Add a little olive oil to the pan and add the onion and garlic cooking gently for 5 mins.
- STEP 2Add the rest of the ingredients to the pan and simmer gently for another 5 mins.
- STEP 3You can leave the BBQ sauce like this or blend it for a smoother texture.
- STEP 4You can then cover and put in the fridge for up to 3 days but I'm sure it'll be gone before then!
