- 225g dark chocolate
- 225g butter
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 200g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150g ground almonds
- 100g chopped nuts
Sauce
- 225g dark chocolate
- 225g butter
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 200g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150g ground almonds
- 100g chopped nuts
- 100ml water
- 100g sugar
- 100g cocoa
Method
- STEP 1Oven 170 Melt butter and chocolate in pan. Take off heat and add vanilla and sugar. Let it cool.
- STEP 2Beat eggs into pan with almonds and nuts. Pour into lined 24cm square tin.
- STEP 3Bake for 25-30 mins
- STEP 4For the sauce, melt ingredients together
