  • 225g dark chocolate
  • 225g butter
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 200g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 150g ground almonds
  • 100g chopped nuts


  • 100ml water
  • 100g sugar
  • 100g cocoa


  1. Oven 170 Melt butter and chocolate in pan. Take off heat and add vanilla and sugar. Let it cool.

  2. Beat eggs into pan with almonds and nuts. Pour into lined 24cm square tin.

  3. Bake for 25-30 mins

  4. For the sauce, melt ingredients together
