Ingredients
Filling
- 50g butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 33g dessicated coconut
Cake
- 50g butter
- 100g brown sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 33g dessicated coconut
- 170g sugar
- 50g butter
- 1 egg
- 185ml milk
- 225g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Method
- STEP 1Filling Melt butter and mix all ingredients together.
- STEP 2Cake Beat butter, sugar, egg and milk till well mixed.
- STEP 3Add sifted dry ingredients
- STEP 4Spread half of the cake batter in a greased ring mould. Sprinkle 2/3 of the filling over.
- STEP 5Add rest of cake batter. Sprinkle over rest of the filling.
- STEP 6Cook for 30-40min @ 180°C
