Tortillas and filling

  • 500g chicken breast cut unto chip sized strips
  • Plain or wholemeal tortillas
  • 1 red and 1 green pepper sliced
  • 1 onion (preferably red) sliced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pack fajita seasoning mix


  • Salsa
  • Soured cream
  • Guacamole
  • Sliced jalapenos (optional)


  1. Coat sliced chicken in oil and seasoning mix

  2. Heat a frying pan to high heat and fry chicken (about 3 mins) until well browned

  3. Add peppers and onion for an additional 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked

  4. Serve with warm tortillas, salsa, soured cream, guacamole and jalapenos

  5. Roll up the tortillas, tucking in one end first
