• 2 Chicken Breasts
  • Proscutio
  • White Wine
  • Double Cream
  • Bay Leaves
  • 2o Butter


  • STEP 1
    Flatten the chicken between grease proof paper with a rolling pin
  • STEP 2
    Attach slices of proscutio to one side of the chicken with cocktail sticks
  • STEP 3
    Coat the chicken with seasoned flour
  • STEP 4
    Add the butter to a skillet and then add the chicken and fry on both sides until the proscutio is crisp
  • STEP 5
    Remove the chicken and add the white wine. Reduce the wine to 1/3 of its original volume and then add the double cream and return the chicken to the pan and simmer for 10-20 minutes
